Some manufacturers classify the PRP Tubes claiming that they do not add anticoagulant solution and they take Class IIb certificate, therefore they do not take the responsibility of using anticoagulant solution.

Therefore, PRP users should be careful about the classification of the PRP Tubes must be Class III.

WHAT IS CGF CD-34 TREATMENT

INSTRUCTIONS OF CENTRIFUGE TO PREPARE CGF

In order to collect high quality CGF (Concentrated Growth Factor) plasma, one can apply the following steps;

Insert the 10 ml blood tube inside the centrifuge device and;

1st Step 2 minutes 2700 rpm (735 g)

2nd Step 4 minutes 2400 rpm (580 g)

3rd Step 4 minutes 2700 rpm (735 g)

4th Step 3 minutes 3000 rpm (905 g)

apply these steps respectively and without stopping the device. After these steps, take 1.5-2 cc CGF Plasma and ready for infusion.

 

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF CGF COMPARING WITH PRP?

In PRP method, the aim is to collect platelet rich plasma after centrifuge of 3200 rpm for 8 minutes. The collected PRP is mechanically or chemically activated and applied to patient. The aim of CGF is to activate platelets during the centrifuge by applying change on the speed of the centrifuge device.
